Raman Probe
Off-line probe
PR100 Raman probe is a conventional laboratory Raman probe for off-line analysis, which can be used for three excitation wavelengths: 532 nm, 785 nm, and 1064 nm. The probe is compact and lightweight, suitable for routine measurements of liquids and solids in conjunction with a sample chamber. It can also be used with a microscope for Raman micro spectroscopy. PR100 can be combined with a flow cell and a side-view reactor for online reaction monitoring.
Corrosion-resistant / Pressure-resistant probe
The PR200/PR201/PR202 immersion probes are suitable for monitoring small-scale reactions in the laboratory. They can be directly inserted into reaction flasks or laboratory-scale reactors for in situ monitoring of the reaction process. An optimised version for detecting suspension/stirred solutions is available, effectively reducing interference in liquid signal detection.
The PR200/PR201 probe tubes are available in various materials, particularly suitable for monitoring chemical reaction systems under extreme conditions, difficult sampling, or unstable sample conditions. PR200 is compatible with small interfaces, while PR201 is suitable for medium-sized interfaces.
Biological probe
PR202 is suitable for online monitoring of various components in bio-fermentation reactors, and the probe part can be detached for high-temperature sterilisation treatment. The probe tube interface is PG13.5.
Flow Cell
- The FC100/FC200 flow cells can be integrated with the PR100 Raman probe and connected to the reaction pipeline.
- When liquid material flows through the flow cell, the collection of spectral signals can be completed in a few seconds. This is suitable for continuous flow reaction systems or kettle-type reactions with automated samplers, enabling online monitoring.
