ATP9110-25H High-Resolution Full-Range Field Spectroradiometer
Portable 300–2500 nm VNIR–SWIR system with fibre-optic sampling and selectable field of view
Description
The ATP9110-25H is a portable high-resolution field spectroradiometer covering 300–2500 nm for researchers who need visible, near-infrared and shortwave-infrared spectra from vegetation, soils, minerals and other field targets. A linear CMOS detector covers the shorter-wavelength region, while thermoelectrically cooled InGaAs detectors extend measurements through the SWIR. Fibre-optic sampling, selectable field-of-view optics, GPS, angle logging and portable power support field reflectance and remote-sensing validation workflows.
Product Overview
Compact VNIR instruments are suitable for many vegetation and visible-surface measurements, but they do not capture absorption features located further into the shortwave infrared. The ATP9110-25H extends the measurement range to 2500 nm and provides higher-resolution detector configurations across the visible and SWIR regions.
The instrument is supplied as a portable case-based system rather than a small one-piece handheld device. A fibre-optic probe and field-of-view lens define the measurement direction and footprint, while the main instrument houses the detector and acquisition electronics.
How It Works
Reflected light from the target is transferred through the fibre-optic input to the detector system. A linear CMOS detector measures the visible and near-infrared portion, and cooled InGaAs detectors measure the longer SWIR wavelengths.
The software combines the detector outputs into the full spectrum. For reflectance measurements, the operator records a suitable reference standard using the same measurement geometry as the target. GPS and probe-angle information can be recorded with the spectrum to support traceability and comparison with airborne, drone or satellite data.

Compatibility and Selection Guidance
Choose the ATP9110-25H when the application requires shortwave-infrared information extending to 2500 nm or higher spectral resolution than a compact VNIR instrument can provide. For applications confined to approximately 300–1100 nm, the smaller ATP9100F may offer a simpler and lighter field workflow.
Before ordering, confirm the target size, required field of view, fibre length, reference-panel reflectivity, contact or leaf-probe requirements, illumination conditions, battery arrangement, software output and transport requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why select a 300–2500 nm field spectroradiometer?
The extended SWIR range captures spectral information not available from a compact 300–1100 nm instrument. This can be important for selected mineral, soil, moisture, vegetation and material-characterisation applications.
Is ATP9110-25H a handheld one-piece instrument?
No. It is a portable case-based instrument using a fibre-optic probe. It can be transported into the field, but it is larger and heavier than the integrated ATP9100F.
How is reflectance calculated?
A reference panel with characterised reflectance is measured using the same illumination and geometry as the target. The target signal is then normalised against the reference through the acquisition or processing software.
Which field-of-view lens is supplied?
The documented standard package includes a 25° lens. Narrower field-of-view lenses are optional and should be selected according to the target size and measurement distance.
Does it include a battery?
The documented standard system includes internal battery operation and an external battery package. The final battery and charger arrangement should be confirmed in the quotation.
Can it support satellite or airborne validation?
Yes. Field spectra can support remote-sensing calibration or validation when acquisition timing, spatial footprint, illumination, viewing geometry, reference method and processing are properly documented.
What must be confirmed before ordering?
Confirm the exact current configuration, fibre length, field of view, software, reference standard, illumination, optional probes, battery package and physical installation or transport requirements.
