Multi-electrode Chip Platform

Multi8x BC-PMMA-5.0 add-on enables the simultaneous use of up to eight standard thin-film (micro)electrodes in applications requiring larger sample volumes (up to 400 µL per cell). This add-on attaches easily to the Multi8x AIO base cell with screws, and each cell is sealed with a 5 mm I.D. O-ring. The multi-batch cell layout corresponds to a single column (A→H) of a standard 96-well microplate.

The Multi-electrode Chip platform provides a simple and robust interface with a multi-potentiostat, enabling the use of thin-film single and interdigitated multi-electrodes.

The Multi-electrode platform includes two miniUSB boxes, two IDC connectors, and universal cables, enabling up to 48 individual connections with any commercial (multi)potentiostat. The cables are available with two terminal options to better meet the requirements of any instrumentation:

• 2-mm female banana plugs (includes male adapter).
• 2-mm male banana plugs (includes crocodile clips).
