Product Description
ScienceGears offers L‑type working electrodes in glassy carbon or gold, with diameters of 2–5 mm. The distinctive L‑shape enables the working electrode surface to align parallel to the reference probe, improving spatial access and minimising IR drop. This geometry is especially advantageous in cells with tight spacing or where precise potential control is vital. Materials are chosen for electrochemical stability, and custom sizes or coatings are available upon request. L‑type electrodes are invaluable in micro‑voltammetric setups, spectroelectrochemical cells, and compact testing vessels requiring efficient reference-electrode access.
Electrode Specifications:
- Inner core material: Any of the above electrode materials
- Coat material: PTFE
- Brass rod length: 20mm
- Jacket length: 80mm
- Total length of electrode: 100mm
