Nickel Mesh
Nickel Mesh – conductive woven metal substrate for electrochemical, catalytic, and battery electrode applications
Description
Nickel Mesh is a durable, high-conductivity electrode substrate engineered for electrochemical, catalytic, and materials research. Fabricated from high-purity nickel wire through precision weaving or electroforming, it offers excellent electrical conductivity, uniform current distribution, and strong corrosion resistance in both acidic and alkaline media.
Its open grid structure enhances gas diffusion and electrolyte accessibility, making it ideal for hydrogen evolution (HER), oxygen evolution (OER), fuel cell electrodes, and battery current collectors. The mesh is easy to cut, shape, or coat with active materials, allowing flexible integration into custom cell assemblies.
In addition to nickel, meshes made of copper, stainless steel, titanium, and platinum-coated metals are also available upon request to suit specific electrochemical or catalytic environments.
