ZQM Series Planetary Ball Mill (Intelligent Operation Screen)
ZQM Series Planetary Ball Mill for High-Energy Laboratory Grinding
The ZQM Series Planetary Ball Mill is a high-energy laboratory milling system designed for fine grinding, mixing, homogenisation and mechanical alloying of powders and suspensions. Its planetary working mode uses a sun wheel and eccentrically mounted grinding jars that rotate in the opposite direction, generating strong impact and friction forces together with centrifugal and Coriolis effects. This motion enables rapid particle size reduction and highly effective dispersion, with reported output fineness reaching below 100 nm under suitable conditions and depending on the sample, jar material and milling parameters.
