The ACK-400 Automatic Pouch Cell Case Forming Machine is designed for forming aluminium-laminated film into pouch cell cases for lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery manufacturing. It operates through a controlled sequence of film unwinding, tension regulation, dust removal, static elimination, preheating, servo punching, side trimming, cross-cutting, and separate collection of finished pouches and waste. This workflow supports cleaner processing and more consistent pouch geometry during battery assembly.
Working Principle and Key Features
The machine uses roll-fed aluminium-laminated film and forms one pouch cell per mould cycle. Servo-controlled punching and transport help maintain dimensional consistency, while preheating and tension control improve film handling and forming stability.

- Production capacity of at least 10 ppm for one mould punching one pouch cell
- Punch pressure range of 3 T
- Maximum aluminium-laminated film size of L350 × W200 mm
- Supported punched length of 50–300 mm and punched width of 40–200 mm
- Aluminium-laminated film roll width up to 350 mm, with 3-inch inner diameter and outer diameter below 450 mm
- Punching depth accuracy of ±0.1 mm and overall punched dimension accuracy of ±0.15 mm
- Servo transport accuracy of ±0.1 mm and cutting accuracy of ±0.2 mm
- Tungsten steel cutter life and mould life up to 1 million cycles
The system is engineered to produce pouch cases with smooth corners and reduced risk of wrinkles, pinholes, scratches, or visible surface defects.
