It is suitable for electrode materials such as LFP, LCO, LMO, NMC, LTO and graphite after rolling, enabling clean conversion of wide coated foil rolls into narrower strips for downstream cell assembly. The working principle is based on controlled unwinding, traction-guided feeding, precision rolling slitting, and stable rewinding, supported by tension control and correction systems to maintain straightness and minimise burr formation.
