Interdigitated Microelectrode Array (IDA)

Interdigitated Microelectrode Arrays (IDAs) with gold or platinum electrodes, SU8/PI resin coating, precise widths/gaps, enable sensitive detection in tiny volumes for gas and biomolecular sensing.

Inter Digitated Microelectrode Arrays (IDA) are available in both gold and platinum, these thin-film Inter Digitated Microelectrode Arrays come with multiple electrode widths and gap dimensions. Each array is coated with a protective SU8/PI resin layer to accurately define the electrochemical sensing area, enabling precise measurements with very small sample volumes. For applications that require direct access to the electrode surface, versions without the passivation layer can be provided upon request. Choose the configuration that best fits your experimental design.

Thin-film Platinum Interdigitated Microelectrode Array (IDA1-Pt – 10/10 µm)

This model includes 15 pairs of platinum microelectrodes, each with a 10 µm width and gap, incorporating integrated reference and auxiliary electrodes. It is widely used in gas sensing (oxygen, nitrogen dioxide), explosive detection, and related sensing fields. Compatible with Drop, AIO, and Multi8x AIO systems.
