LB-QB200 Edge Cutting Machine
Pneumatic Edge Trimming Machine for Lithium Polymer Pouch Cells and Supercapacitor Aluminium Laminated Film
The LB-QB200 Edge Cutting Machine is a compact pneumatic trimming system designed for precision edge cutting of lithium polymer battery pouches and supercapacitor aluminium laminated film. It is used after pouch forming or sealing steps to remove excess laminate and produce a cleaner, more uniform edge prior to downstream folding, pressing or final cell finishing.
Working principle
This machine operates through a guided upper and lower cutting assembly that delivers controlled trimming along the pouch edge. The linear slide guidance system helps maintain cutting alignment and supports repeatable edge quality across soft laminated battery materials. A foot-switch-based actuation mode allows the operator to control cutting cycles efficiently in laboratory and pilot-scale battery assembly workflows.
