YF200-JZ Vacuum Diffusion Chamber and Electrolyte Filling Machine
Vacuum Diffusion Chamber and Electrolyte Filling Machine
This vacuum diffusion chamber and electrolyte filling machine is designed for controlled electrolyte injection and post-filling diffusion in laboratory battery manufacturing workflows. It is used during cell assembly to improve electrolyte wetting, reduce trapped gas, and promote more uniform electrolyte penetration into porous electrodes and separators. These steps are important for achieving better reproducibility, more stable electrochemical behaviour, and improved cell reliability during battery testing and research.
Working Principle
The system operates by combining liquid injection with vacuum-assisted diffusion. After the electrolyte is introduced, the chamber applies a controlled vacuum environment that helps remove entrained air from the cell structure and supports deeper electrolyte infiltration into the active material layers. This improves wetting consistency and can reduce variability between test cells, particularly in research and pilot-scale pouch and cylindrical cell preparation.
