DP-200 Semi-Automatic Battery Stacking Machine (Pouch Cell, Z-Fold)

The DP-200 Semi-Automatic Battery Stacking Machine is designed for laboratory and pilot-scale stacking of pouch-cell electrodes using a controlled Z-fold separator lamination process. It supports consistent layer build-up of cathode, separator and anode sheets to form repeatable stacked assemblies for lithium-ion batteries and supercapacitors.

Working principle

Operators place pre-cut cathode/anode electrodes while the machine advances and folds the separator into a Z-shaped pathway. A fixed travel mechanism and programmable cycle count help standardise stacking sequences, improving alignment repeatability and reducing manual handling variability during pouch-cell prototyping.
