The MQ300 Electrode Die Cutting Machine is a compact, pneumatically driven press designed to punch consistent electrode shapes from coated foils for pouch-cell batteries and supercapacitors. Using a hardened steel cutting die, the machine applies a controlled vertical stroke to shear the electrode sheet cleanly, supporting repeatable geometry and improved cell-to-cell consistency for stacking and lamination workflows.
How it works
Electrode sheets (e.g., Al cathode foil or Cu anode foil) are manually fed from the front into the cutting zone. A built-in safety curtain and a two-hand (double start) activation system help reduce the risk of hand injury during operation. Compressed air drives the cutting cylinder, delivering high force for reliable cutting across a wide range of coating loadings.
