DL-60-100 Pouch Cell Semi-automatic Winding Machine
DL-60-100 Pouch Cell Semi-Automatic Winding Machine
Precision winding for pouch and prismatic cell assembly
The DL-60-100 Pouch Cell Semi-Automatic Winding Machine is designed for precision winding of lithium-ion pouch or prismatic cell electrodes and is also suitable for selected supercapacitor manufacturing workflows. In this process, the cathode, anode and separator are guided into the winding zone and rolled into a consistent jelly-roll structure under controlled mechanical motion. Stable winding is essential because core alignment, separator placement and repeatable tension directly influence cell uniformity, internal resistance and downstream assembly quality.
Working principle and key performance
This semi-automatic system combines manual material loading with automated winding functions to improve repeatability while keeping operation practical for pilot lines and small production environments. The machine uses a single-needle winding structure and is configured to support automatic winding, automatic needle change, automatic adhesive tape termination and automatic blanking. By changing the winding blade or needle setup, the platform can be adapted for different cell formats within its working range.
