SBVO-03AP Three Layers Vacuum Oven

SBVO-03AP Three Layers Vacuum Oven

Three-Layer Automatic Vacuum Drying Oven for Lithium Battery Materials and Electrode Sheets

This three-layer automatic vacuum drying oven is designed for vacuum baking and moisture removal of lithium battery materials, coated electrode sheets and selected cell components prior to assembly. It uses controlled heating under reduced pressure to promote efficient desorption of residual moisture and volatile species, helping researchers and manufacturers improve electrode stability, reduce contamination risk and support more consistent downstream cell fabrication. The system is configured for cyclic operation, with programmable heating, vacuum and gas-exchange steps to automate the drying process.

Key Features and Specifications

  • Three independent working chambers, each sized approximately 300 × 800 × 600 mm
  • AC 380 V, 50 Hz power supply with 4.5 kW heating capacity per layer
  • Working temperature range from ambient +15 °C to 200 °C
  • Temperature control accuracy of approximately ±1 °C with PID digital control
  • Vacuum level up to ≤100 Pa
  • Inner chamber constructed from 3 mm SUS304 stainless steel
  • Outer shell formed from 1.5 mm cold-rolled steel
  • Insulation based on aluminium silicate fibre for improved thermal efficiency
  • Automatic programmable control with vacuum, pressure and pneumatic process sequencing

Compatibility and Typical Applications

Typical applications include drying cathode and anode powders, coated current collectors, electrode sheets and battery materials used in lithium-ion and supercapacitor workflows. The multi-chamber layout is useful for laboratories, pilot lines and battery manufacturing environments that need batch separation, parallel processing or staged drying across different material sets. It can be integrated conceptually with related battery research tools such as slurry mixers, coating machines, calendering systems, glove boxes, vacuum sealers, battery cyclers and electrochemical test stations.
