EVO-4 Electrode Vacuum Oven
Four-Chamber Electrode Vacuum Drying Oven
The Four-Chamber Electrode Vacuum Drying Oven is designed for controlled drying of battery electrodes, coated foils, and selected cell components under reduced-pressure conditions. In lithium-ion and related battery workflows, vacuum drying helps remove residual solvent and moisture from electrode rolls and processed materials before cell assembly, reducing the risk of side reactions and improving process consistency.
Working Principle
This system combines externally circulated hot-air heating with programmed vacuum and gas-exchange stages. After loading the electrode rolls or components into the chambers, the user sets the heating time, vacuum time, and gas purge sequence. The oven then performs a controlled thermal drying cycle while maintaining low pressure and supporting regular atmosphere replacement where required. This approach is well suited to battery laboratories and pilot lines handling moisture-sensitive materials.
