Working Principle
The system forms a seal by combining controlled heat, dwell time and pneumatic pressure across laminated pouch film. SFZ-200 describes a soft sealing blade structure in which the lower blade is copper for efficient heat transfer, while the upper contact assembly includes aluminium and silicone rubber to improve conformity across the pouch surface and around tab regions. Users can adjust sealing temperature from room temperature to 250 °C, sealing time from 0 to 99 seconds, and sealing pressure from 0.5 to 0.7 MPa to suit pouch design and laminate thickness.
