The DZF-6020 Vacuum Oven is a precision laboratory drying system designed for moisture removal, thermal treatment, and vacuum-assisted processing of battery materials, electrodes, and advanced functional materials. Working Principle

The vacuum oven operates by lowering the internal pressure (up to –0.1 MPa), which reduces the boiling point of solvents and moisture. This enables efficient drying at lower temperatures, minimising oxidation and thermal degradation of sensitive materials such as lithium battery cathodes, anodes, separators, and polymer electrolytes.

Heat is distributed uniformly within the 304 stainless steel inner chamber, ensuring stable thermal behaviour with minimal temperature fluctuation (±0.5 °C). The vacuum environment enhances solvent evaporation while protecting oxygen- and moisture-sensitive samples.
