The TOB-JYCM-800 is a compact slot-die flat-plate coating system designed for controlled deposition of functional slurries and inks onto sheet substrates. It is widely used in lithium battery electrode coating workflows (cathode/anode), polymer conductive films, and thin-film research where coating repeatability and drying control are essential.
Principle of operation
A slot-die applicator meters slurry through a defined gap to form a uniform wet film on the substrate. The substrate is held flat by a vacuum aluminium plate to minimise wrinkling and thickness variation. A motor-driven coating stage provides stable travel, while the integrated heated drying zone supports solvent removal under controlled temperature.
