ZKJB-150 Vacuum Mixer

The ZKJB-150 is a compact laboratory vacuum mixer designed for preparing homogeneous, low-bubble slurries and pastes used in electrochemical and battery research. By mixing under vacuum, entrapped air is removed during agitation, helping improve slurry uniformity, coating quality, and electrode density—particularly important for repeatable cell performance in Li-ion and related chemistries.

Principle of operation

A sealed stainless steel mixing drum is evacuated while the mixer agitates the material. Vacuum-assisted mixing reduces voids and foam formation, supports better wetting of powders, and improves dispersion of conductive additives and binders in common solvent systems.
