JR-135-C Manual Winding Machine
JR-135-C Manual Electrode Winding Machine (Cylindrical & Pouch Cores)
The JR-135-C Manual Electrode Winding Machine is a compact laboratory winder designed to prepare wound electrode “jelly-roll” cores by co-winding cathode and anode electrodes with a separator. It supports rapid prototyping of lithium-ion cylindrical cells and can also be configured for pouch-cell core winding by selecting a suitable winding shaft.
Principle of operation
A controlled-speed motor drives the winding shaft while the operator guides aligned electrode/separator layers through the winding path. Adjustable rotation speed helps maintain consistent tension and alignment, improving repeatability of core geometry during R&D cell builds. The winding direction can be switched between clockwise and counterclockwise to suit workflow and winding preference.
Key specifications
- Input power: AC 110/220 V, 50/60 Hz
- Rated power: 40 W
