Principle of operation

After electrolyte dispensing, cells are held under controlled conditions to promote rapid, uniform electrolyte penetration into porous electrodes and separators. By improving wetting consistency, the system helps reduce early-cycle variability and supports more repeatable electrochemical performance during formation and cycling.
