The XFZH05 Vacuum Planetary Mixer is designed for preparing highly uniform, reproducible slurries and pastes—especially for battery electrode processing where agglomerate breakup and air removal are critical. Planetary motion continuously renews shear zones throughout the vessel, improving dispersion of powders into binders/solvents and helping deliver consistent rheology for coating and casting. Operating under vacuum supports degassing during mixing, reducing entrained bubbles that can cause coating defects and variability in electrochemical performance.
