Laboratory Deionised Water Purification System

Laboratory Deionised Water Purification System

Laboratory Deionised Water Purification System (10 L/h, RO Core)

High-purity water for electrochemistry and battery laboratories

This laboratory deionised water purification system is designed to produce low-conductivity, high-resistivity water for demanding research workflows, including lithium battery cathode slurry preparation, electrolyte dilution, glassware rinsing, and solution preparation for electrochemical testing. The system uses a reverse osmosis (RO) membrane as its core separation stage, supported by multi-stage pretreatment to reduce ionic and particulate load before final polishing.

Working principle

RO is a pressure-driven membrane process that rejects dissolved salts and many organic/inorganic impurities, enabling efficient desalination prior to polishing. By combining pretreatment with membrane purification, the unit delivers stable output quality suitable for reproducible laboratory preparation and improved contamination control.
