Working principle

Ultrasonic metal welding uses high-frequency mechanical vibration and controlled clamping force to break surface oxides and create intimate metal-to-metal contact. The bond forms through interfacial friction and plastic deformation rather than bulk melting, supporting consistent joints and reduced thermal damage compared with many fusion-based methods. An automatic frequency tracking function helps maintain stable operation without constant manual tuning.
